Sign in with the exact email address you paid with; a membership taken out while signed out is attached to your account the first time you sign in with that address. If it is still empty after a refresh, message us with the address and it gets fixed immediately.

They keep working, and they stay downloadable. Every version released while you were a member is permanently yours and can be re-downloaded from your account years later. You only stop receiving versions released after your membership ended.

Yes, and you do not need to ask. Licences are tied to your account, not to a machine, and they do not expire. The server count only exists so we can spot a key being shared across a hundred servers.

Yes — within 14 days of your first payment, no argument, provided the plugins are removed from your servers. Note that cancelling and refunding are different: cancelling costs you nothing you already have, so it is usually the better option. If something does not work as documented, tell us first and it will usually be fixed faster than a refund clears.

Often. Feature requests from people running real servers are the reason most of these plugins have the features they do. Ask in Discord — if it fits the plugin, it gets built.

Paper and Purpur are what gets tested. Most will run on Spigot but nothing is verified there. Folia is not supported yet. Bedrock players connected through Geyser work fine, since these are server-side plugins.
