Licence
The end-user licence agreement, in plain language.

Grant
SwansonX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run every published plugin on Minecraft servers you own or operate, subject to the scope below, for as long as your membership is active.
That grant is permanent for any version released while your membership was active: those versions may be run indefinitely after the membership ends. Versions released after it ends are not licensed to you unless you rejoin.
Scope
One network, plus one private test server. A network means servers your players treat as one service — a lobby, survival and creative under one address is one network.
Your staff may install and configure the plugins on your behalf. That does not extend the licence to their own servers.
Ownership
The plugins, their source code and their assets remain the property of the author. A membership does not transfer any intellectual property.
Configuration files you write, and worlds and data your server produces, are yours.
Termination
The licence ends if you redistribute a plugin, share your key publicly, or refund your membership. Termination for those reasons ends the permanent grant above as well, and does not entitle you to a refund of anything already paid outside the refund policy.
Simply cancelling a membership is not termination. It ends future entitlement and nothing else.
Warranty
The plugins are provided without warranty of any kind. They are tested on real servers before release, and they will still meet something nobody anticipated. Keep backups.
